Returns and Exchange

You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from globalbrandsstore.com withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify a reason for the return.
The return of the item (s) is at the expense of the customer. In case Global Brands Store has made a mistake when sending the order, you need to contact our customer service to receive instructions on how to return the item (s). Please do not send returns before you have contacted customer serves. Otherwise, your return might be rejected.
For exchange or return an item purchased from www.globalbrandsstore.com, whether you have shopped as a Registered user or as a "Guest", you should make an electronic request for exchange/return, then send the items with a courier company of your choice.
In case you have shopped as a Registered user, you should log into your profile, select the order from which you want to exchange/return the item/s and with the button "Request a return", you can make your electronic request.
In case you want an exchange, please specify the size for which you want the item to be replaced. In case you want a refund, please provide a bank account number (IBAN), SWIFT code and three names of the account holder.
In case you have shopped as a "Guest", you should log into our system via order number, email and Zip code. You can make your request HERE
In the fields under "Check order" enter the data described above. Then you should select the order from which you want to exchange/return the item/s and with the button "Request a return" and you can make your electronic request.
The number of your order can be found in the information email you received for a successful order or on the invoice attached to your initial purchase.
Then, send the item you want to exchange/return to the address: Sofia, Lozenets, 12 Kozyak Str., between entrances A and B.
In the case of exchange, the new item will be sent to you after we have received the returned parcel.
In the case of return, refund will be made through a bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the receving back the stock, at the address indicated by the trader (see below).
The returned items must be unworn, unused and with their original tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be accepted. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s). Item(s) returned without an intact Security Tag will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
The consumer has the right to make a complaint in case of defect or hidden defect of the goods and after the expiration of the 14-day period for replacement or return. All courier costs incurred by the consumer for its return to the merchant are reimbursed by the latter.
  *Returns and exchanges of underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms and face masks are not accepted.
