The administrator collects and processes personal data of clients on the site on his own behalf. 

3. Character and type of the process of collecting personal data and the purposes for which they are collected

We inform the Users that their personal data are processed in accordance with the legal basis under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (a) and letter (b) of EU Regulation 679/2016, namely: a) the data subject has consented to the processing of the data for the purposes expressly set out below in point 3 of the Privacy Policy; (b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
When visiting the site of unregistered users (surfers) no personal data is collected and processed.

The user will always have the opportunity to object to the use of personal data to send promotional information: in each marketing message will be indicated the ways to withdraw consent; by sending a letter by e-mail to the Site Administrator; through the settings in the account and selecting the option not to receive advertising materials and information.
We also inform you about the existence of automated decision making, including profiling. In essence, the automatic decision-making and profiling performed by the administrator poses a low risk to the rights and freedoms of users related to their personal data. 4. Consumer rights

4.1 You have the right to request from the administrator access to the personal data processed by him, according to the procedure and under the conditions described in Art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
4.2 You have the right to request from the administrator correction of the personal data processed by him, according to the order and under the conditions described in art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
4.3 You have the right to request from the administrator deletion of the personal data processed by him, according to the procedure and under the conditions described in article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
4.4 You have the right to request from the administrator restriction of the processing of personal data, according to the order and under the conditions described in article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
4.5 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, in the manner and under the conditions described in article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
4.6 You have the right to withdraw your consent: the user of the site has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. Withdrawal of your consent can be done electronically, through the settings in the client's profile on the site or by email to info@globalbrandsstore.com. Withdrawal of consent will make it impossible to provide services by the site, therefore the withdrawal of consent is treated as a refusal to provide services by the site. 4.7 According to article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the site administrator states that there is no technical possibility to provide portability of personal data from the site to other sites.

5. Storage of personal data

Personal data will be collected and processed through an electronic system managed by Global Brands Distribution Ltd. and stored on a server located in the company's offices, as mentioned above. The administrator of the site declares that personal data will not be provided to countries outside the European Union. The term of storage of personal data is determined by the duration of the user profile. As long as the user has a valid, active profile on the site, the administrator stores his personal data. At the time of deletion, deactivation of the account, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized in compliance with applicable regulations within one month. 
6. Technical characteristics and conditions of personal data processing
