1911, Biella, Italy. Two brothers, Ettore and Giansevero Fila, founded the Fila brand. Originally established as a knitwear and textile company, the brand later became one of the most preferred brands in the world of sport.

Fila's success goes hand in hand with the achievements of the athletes who wear it, from tennis legends McEnroe, Seles, and Bjorn Borg to ski champion Ingmar Stenmark and basketball player Grant Hill. The brand became the main supplier of the US Open in 1982, and then came the collaborations with Ferrari and Michael Schumacher and the sponsorship of the Ducati Superbike Team.
