Return and replacement

You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from globalbrandsstore.com withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify a reason for the return. In this case, the client covers the return shipment costs. In the case of a defected product or a delivery mistake, return shipment will be free.

The returned items must be unworn, unused and with their original tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be accepted.

In the case of exchange, the new item will be sent to you after we have received the returned parcel.

In the case of return, refund will be made through a bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the receving back the stock. The trader reimburses all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery.

You can claim a defected item more than 14 days from the date of receipt. If the defect is legitimate, refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of the requested return. In this case, the return shipment will be free. 

Returns and exchanges of underwear and swimwear bottoms are not accepted.

 
How to return or  exchange an item?

  • To request Return or Exchnge, please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:

1. Your Order number

2. Item number (SKU) of the item/s you would like to return ot exchange

3. The new size you want to get in return

4. IBAN of the bank account and name of the account holder to which you wish to receive the refund. In the case when the returned order is paid by card, refund will be made to the the same card used for the purchase.

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days of the requested return.
  • Returns and Exhanges are processed within 5 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
