You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from globalbrandsstore.com withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify a reason for the return. In this case, the client covers the return shipment costs. In the case of a defected product or a delivery mistake, return shipment will be free.
The returned items must be unworn, unused and with their original tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be accepted.
In the case of exchange, the new item will be sent to you after we have received the returned parcel.
In the case of return, refund will be made through a bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the receving back the stock. The trader reimburses all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery.
You can claim a defected item more than 14 days from the date of receipt. If the defect is legitimate, refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of the requested return. In this case, the return shipment will be free.
Returns and exchanges of underwear and swimwear bottoms are not accepted.
How to return or exhange an item?
- Whether you have a registered account at globalbrandsstore.com, or you have placed an order as a guest, you can enter the system through one of the two links on the bottom of this page.
- If you are a registered customer, choose Return/Exchange option from the menu on the left. Then select the order number containing the items you would like to return and choose the item/s you want to return/exchange.
- If you have ordered as a guest, choose Return/Exchange option from the menu on the left. Then select the order number containing the item/s you would like to return and choose the item/s you want to return/exchange.
- Then you can select the items you wish to keep by removing them through the bin button.
- If you want to exchange some or all of the items from your order, you can choose the ‘Exchange’ option. Then in the comment section place the link and the code of the item/s you wish to receive in exchange.
- If you want to return some or all of the items from your order, you can choose the ‘Return’ option. In the comment section place the IBAN of the bank account and name of the account holder to which you wish to receive the refund. Refund can take up to 14 days of the requested return.
- In the case when the returned order is paid by card,, refund will be made to the the same card used for the purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days of the requested return.
- Returns and Exhanges are processed within 5 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
Where to return an item?

- Items sent to a different address will not be accepted.
- Items sent without the completed online request will not be accepted before such request is completed.
