You can make your request, if you are a registered user or a guest, on the Returns and Exchange page.
You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from globalbrandsstore.com withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify reasons for the return. The return of the item (s) is at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the Global Brands Store has made a mistake when sending the order. The returned items must be storred carefully, unworn, unused and with their original tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be accepted. In the case of exchange, the new item will be sent to you after we have received the returned parcel.
In the case of return, refund will be made through a bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the receipt of the returned item, to the address indicated by the merchant (see below).
The refund of amounts made with a bank card is made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 14 working days from the date of the receving back the stock, at the address indicated by the trader (see below).
The consumer can make a complaint, in case of a defect or hidden defect of the goods, and after the expiration of the 14-day period for replacement or return. All courier costs, incurred by the consumer for its return to the merchant, are reimbursed by the latter.
* Returns and exchanges of underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms and face masks are not accepted.
